Adidas Predator Freak Boots

A new Demonskin: adidas debuts mutants Predator Freak. With a definitely post-apocalyptic look. Adidas continues to target disruptive and futuristic (and if you like, post-apocalyptic) designs with its Predator line of booties. What is new is a model called Freak and that marks an aesthetic and technological evolution compared to last season.

First, the look. The shoes have a dark blue base on which the now famous spikes of his Demonskin are displayed in bright yellow. These, after consultation with several players and computationally calibrated, receive an update that reconfigures them on the surface of the shoe to better align themselves when making contact with the ball.

A big difference from the 2020 Mutator model , it appears in the area where the foot enters. Instead of being continuous, the "neck" splits. With this, the foot enters the liner more easily, but at the same time improves the adaptability for different types of foot. Always maintaining a fixed and secure fit.

Another of these shoes, which take elements from the 1998 Predator Accelerator and 2000 Predator Precision, is the update work of its Controlframe sole, which is super light and has studs that promise optimal and stable traction.

“From the first use, I knew that adidas had created something special with their Demonskin. As soon as I touched the ball, I felt a difference in how my foot connected. I am happy that my experience with them has also impacted the design of the new Predator ”.

PP6, by the way, will not be the only footballer sporting the adidas Predator Freak. We will also see them in Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, David Alaba, Weston McKeenie, Abby Dahlkemper, Toni Duggan and Christiane Endler.
